ABSTRACT
A purpose of this project is ATI Rage chipset unctionality exploration and advanced configuration software development. Most essential part of  the project is video (capture and playback) functionality researching. Given software is useful to research and perform video capture from bad-condition sources (for example: macrovision or mesecam standard video tapes).
